معالي المستشار الدكتور هيثم محمد القرعان تعيينا فخريا بصفته مستشارللنوايا الحسنة والعلاقات الدبلوماسية ، تقديرا لجهوده وإسهاماته في المجالات الإنسانية.وحيث ان معالي الدكتور القرعان لقد تم اختياره سفيرا للسلام من قبل بعثة السلام كا اول سفير في الاردن
وتمنى الأمين العام للمجلس ورئيس منظمة العلاقات الدبلوماسية, الدكتور محمد محمود الجمسى, أن يساهم الدكتور هيثم محمد القرعان مع المنظمة في تقديم الاستراتيجيات والمستجدات السياسة للمضي قدما في تحقيق الأهداف التي تدعم حقوق الإنسان والسلام العالمي.
منظمة بعثة العلاقات الدبلوماسية ورسالة السلام هي منظمة غير ربحية و غير حكومية تعمل على نطاق دولي واسع، وتهتم بمختلف القضايا المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والبيئة ومكافحة الفساد والمرأة والتفرقة العنصرية والتنمية المستدامة والفقر..... الخ.
وتخضع آلية اختيار سفراء النوايا الحسنة لعملية دقيقة وحاسمة وحازمة من قبل المنظمة ، حيث تتطلب المهام شخص كفء دؤوب محب للخير.
و الأشخاص الذين يعملون كسفراء لبعثة السلام والعلاقات الدبلوماسية لابد أن يكونوا أشخاصاً على قدرٍ عالٍ من النزاهة ممن يبدون رغبة جامحة للعمل في سبيل المصلحة العامة و من لديهم حباً التطوع بصفة عامة، فضلاً عن دعم أهداف البعثة وغاياتها. و يجب أن يُبدوا التزامهم بالسعي جاهدين كي يصلوا لمسامع الجميع بما فيهم صانعي القرار.
وتشترط المنظمة أن يكون سفير النوايا الحسنة شخصية عامة، نظراً لما تتميز به الشخصيات العامة من سمات تجعلها قادرة على ترك طابع مميز، بالإضافة لما يتمتعوا به من نفوذ يتخطى الحدود القومية؛ ما يولد طاقة أفضل تجاه تعزيز القيم التي تسعى إلى تدعيمها.
وقد شكر معالي الدكتور هيثم القرعان رئيس منظمة العلاقات الدبلوماسيه الدكتور محمد محمود الجسمي على اختياره . وقد اهداء هذا التكريم الى جميع محبي السلام والى الشعب الاردني وجلالة الملك عبد الله الثاني ابن الحسين ادام الله ملكه

Mission Organization awarded the peace and diplomatic relations of the International Council for Human Rights, arbitration and Political and Strategic Studies
HE Chancellor Dr Haytham Mohammad Qura'an nomination as honorary Mscharellnwaya good diplomatic relations, and in recognition of his contributions in the fields of humanity. And that's where HE Dr. Goran has been chosen as Ambassador of Peace by Peace Mission Ka's first ambassador in Jordan
He hoped the Secretary-General of the Council and the head of the diplomatic relations, Dr Mohamed Mahmoud Gamasy, to contribute to Dr. Haytham Mohammad Qura'an with the organization in providing strategies and policy developments to move forward in achieving the goals that support human rights and world peace.
Organization Mission diplomatic relations and the message of peace is a non-profit and non-governmental organizations operating on an international scale and broad, and is interested in various issues related to human rights, the environment and anti-corruption, women and racial segregation, sustainable development and poverty ..... etc..
The subject selection mechanism Goodwill Ambassadors for precise operation, decisive and resolute by the organization, where the tasks require a person incompetent industrious philanthropist.
And the people who work for the mission as ambassadors of peace and diplomatic relations must be persons of high degree of integrity who demonstrate a strong desire to work in the public interest and those who have a love of volunteering in general, as well as support the objectives of the mission and objectives. And it must seem to seek their commitment to strive in order to reach the ears of everyone, including decision-makers.
And require the organization to be a Goodwill Ambassador, a public figure, because
of the characteristic features of public figures make them able to leave a distinct character, as well as to enjoy its influence beyond national borders; generates energy to promote the best values that seek to consolidate.He thanked HE Dr. Haytham Qura'an head of the diplomatic relations Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud Al Jasmi on his choice.
