النزاعات الدينيه تسبب في نزوح غير مسبوق

التقرير الأمريكي السنوي حول الحرية الدينية يشير إلى أنه في جميع أنحاء العالم تقريبا، أرغم الملايين من المسيحيين والمسلمين والهندوس واتباع ديانات أخرى على مغادرة منازلهم بسبب معتقداتهم الدينية.
واشنطن ـ أكد تقرير اميركي أن النزاعات واعمال القمع ذات الطابع الديني التي هزت العالم خلال العام 2013 أدت الى أكبر حركات نزوح سكاني لاسباب دينية في تاريخ العالم الحديث، موضحا ان الملايين هربوا من منازلهم.

وذكرت واشنطن في تقريرها الدولي السنوي حول الحرية الدينية أنه "في جميع انحاء العالم تقريبا، ارغم الملايين من المسيحيين والمسلمين والهندوس واتباع ديانات اخرى على مغادرة منازلهم بسبب معتقداتهم الدينية".

واضاف التقرير انه "سواء بدافع الخوف او بالقوة، تفرغ احياء كاملة من سكانها".

واشار الى انه من الشرق الاوسط الى اسيا وصولا الى افريقيا واوروبا "ان مجموعات كاملة تختفي من مساكنها التقليدية والتاريخية وتتبعثر. وفي مناطق النزاعات على الاخص، باتت حركات النزوح السكاني الواسعة النطاق هذه وبشكل خطير هي القاعدة".

وبحسب الولايات المتحدة ففي العام 2013 "شهد العالم اكبر حركات نزوح لمجموعات دينية في التاريخ الحديث" بدون اعطاء احصائيات دقيقة تسمح بالمقارنة مع السنوات السابقة.

وفي هذا التقرير الدولي الواسع الذي يستعرض كل سنة الوضع في عشرات البلدان شددت وزارة الخارجية الاميركية بصورة خاصة على النزاعات في سوريا وجمهورية افريقيا الوسطى والاضطرابات الدينية في بورما.

ففي سوريا التي تشهد نزاعا مستمرا منذ اكثر من ثلاث سنوات كتبت الوزارة ان "الوجود المسيحي لم يعد سوى ظل ما كان عليه" موضحة انه "في مدينة حمص تراجع عدد المسيحيين من حوالى 160 الفا قبل النزاع الى الف" اليوم.

وشددت الولايات المتحدة ايضا على اعمال العنف الدينية بين المسيحيين والمسلمين في افريقيا الوسطى والتي تسببت بمقتل ما لا يقل عن 700 شخص في كانون الاول/ديسمبر في بانغي وادت الى نزوح اكثر من مليون شخص في جميع مناطق البلاد عام 2013.

وتندد واشنطن باستمرار بالمعارك في افريقيا الوسطى معربة منذ اشهر عن مخاوف من الوضع في هذا البلد الذي تصفه بانه "يسبق الابادة".

وفي بورما ادت اعمال العنف ضد المسلمين في ميكتيلا (وسط) الى مقتل 100 شخص وارغمت 12 الفا اخرين على مغادرة المنطقة في بداية العام الماضي.

ورأت واشنطن في ذلك دليلا على ان "اعمال العنف ضد المسلمين لم تعد محصورة في ولاية راخين (غرب) التي تشهد منذ 2012 موجات من المواجهات بين الروهينغا المسلمين والبوذيين من اتنية الراخين".

واعمال العنف هذه اسفرت عن اكثر من 200 قتيل و140 الف نازح معظمهم من المسلمين الذين ما زالوا يعيشون في مخيمات وسط ظروف مؤسفة.

وتابع التقرير "هناك في كل انحاء العالم افرادا هم ضحايا عمليات تمييز وعنف واعتداءات (...) لمجرد ممارستهم ايمانهم".

وذكرت الوزارة حالات اضطهاد لشيعة في السعودية وشيعة واقباط في مصر وشيعة في باكستان، واعمال اضطهاد ضد غير الشيعة في ايران.

كذلك اشار التقرير بالاتهام الى الصين التي تحمل عليها واشنطن باستمرار في قضايا تتعلق بحقوق الانسان والحريات الدينية، كما الى بنغلادش وسريلانكا، منددا باعمال عنف ضد الاقليات الهندوسية والمسلمة والمسيحية.

والتقرير الذي يغطي العام 2013 لا يشير الى العراق، اذ تم وضعه قبل الهجوم الذي شنه مقاتلون اسلاميون على رأسهم تنظيم "الدولة الاسلامية" في هذا البلد وسيطروا خلاله على مناطق واسعة منه من بينها مدينة الموصل (شمال)، ما ارغم الاف المسيحيين وغيرهم من الاقليات الاخرى على الفرار.

غير ان وزارة الخارجية اشارت رغم ذلك الى "تقارير حول تجاوزات اجتماعية واعمال تمييز بناء على الانتماء الديني او المعتقد او الشعائر" العام الماضي في العراق.

وحذرت من انه "حين تختار الحكومات عدم مقاومة التمييز على اساس الدين وعدم تقبل الاخرين فهي تخلق بيئة يتعزز فيها موقع مجموعات عنيفة وغير متسامحة مع الاخرين". ووجه وزير الخارجية جون كيري لدى عرضه التقرير على الصحافة انتقادات شديدة الى "الدولة الاسلامية" وممارساته. وقال "رأينا جميعا وحشية الدولة الاسلامية وقسوتها التي لا تصدق".

وجاء في التقرير ان "تصاعد مشاعر العداء للسامية وللاسلام في بعض انحاء اوروبا تثبت ان عدم التسامح ليس محصورا بدول تشهد نزاعات" ذاكرا ان العديد من المجموعات اليهودية في بعض البلدان الاوروبية تفكر في الهجرة.

كما وجه كيري انتقادا لحركة بوكو حرام الاسلامية في نيجيريا التي لا ياتي التقرير على ذكرها مشيرا الى انها "قتلت اكثر من الف شخص خلال العام الماضي وحده".

واضاف "اننا لا نقول للاخرين باعتداد ما ينبغي ان يؤمنوا به، لا نقول للاخرين كيف عليهم ان يعيشوا حياتهم اليومية. ما ندعو اليه هو قيمة التسامح العالمية".

وتابع ان "الحرية الدينية كانت في قلب ما نحن عليه كاميركيين" لكن هذه "الحرية الملازمة للبشرية (...) ليست ابتكارا اميركيا (وانما) قيمة عالمية".
The annual U.S. report on religious freedom indicates that in almost all parts of the world, forcing millions of Christians, Muslims, Hindus and followers of other religions to leave their homes because of their religious beliefs.
Washington confirmed the U.S. report that conflicts and repression of a religious nature that has rocked the world during the year 2013 led to the largest population displacement movements for religious reasons in the history of the modern world, explaining that millions have fled their homes.

Washington said in its annual International Religious Freedom that "in almost all parts of the world, forcing millions of Christians, Muslims, Hindus and followers of other religions to leave their homes because of their religious beliefs."

The report added that "whether out of fear or by force, whole neighborhoods emptied of its inhabitants."

He noted that from the Middle East to Asia and down to Africa and Europe, "The complete sets disappear from the traditional and historic homes and scatter. In conflict zones most notably, the movements are large-scale population displacement, and this seriously is the rule."

According to the United States in the year 2013, "the world has witnessed the largest displacement of religious groups in modern history", without giving precise figures allow comparison with previous years.

In this report, which reviews the broad international situation each year in dozens of countries and stressed the U.S. State Department, in particular the conflict in Syria and the Central African Republic and religious unrest in Burma.

In Syria, where a dispute has been going on for more than three years, the ministry wrote that "the Christian presence is no longer only a shadow of what it was," he explained, "in the city of Homs, the number of Christians from about 160 thousand to one thousand before the conflict" today.

The United States also stressed the religious violence between Christians and Muslims in central Africa, which caused the deaths of at least 700 people in December in Bangui and led to the displacement of more than a million people in all regions of the country in 2013.

And denouncing Washington constantly battles in central Africa for months, expressing concerns about the situation in this country, which it describes as a "precedes genocide."

In Burma, led the violence against Muslims in Mictala (center), killing 100 people and 12 thousand others were forced to leave the area at the beginning of last year.

And Washington saw the evidence that "acts of violence against Muslims no longer confined to Rakhine State (West) where since 2012 waves of clashes between Rohingya Muslims and Buddhists of ethnic Alrakhin."

And these acts of violence resulted in more than 200 dead and 140 000 displaced people, mostly Muslims, who are still living in camps amid deplorable conditions.

The report continued, "there are all over the world individuals are victims of discrimination and violence and attacks (...) simply for exercising their faith."

The ministry said cases of persecution of Shiites in Saudi Arabia, Shiites and Copts in Egypt and Shiites in Pakistan, and the acts of persecution against non-Shiites in Iran.

The report also pointed to China's accusation that carry them constantly and Washington on issues relating to human rights and religious freedoms, and to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, condemning the acts of violence against the minority Hindu, Muslim and Christian.

The report, which covers the year 2013 does not refer to Iraq, as it has been put before the attack by Islamist militants led by the "Islamic state" in this country and took control in which large areas of it, including the city of Mosul (North), which forced thousands of Christians and other minorities the other to flee.

However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated, however, to "reports of irregularities and acts of social discrimination based on religious affiliation, belief, or rites" last year in Iraq.

And warned that "when governments choose not to resist discrimination on the basis of religion and not to accept others, it creates an environment where the site is reinforced and non-violent groups tolerant of others." And the Minister of Foreign Affairs John Kerry in introducing the report to the press criticized the "Islamic state" and its practices. He said, "We have all seen the brutality of the Islamic state and the incredible cruelty."

The report stated that "the escalation of the feelings of anti-Semitism and Islam in some parts of Europe prove that intolerance is not confined to countries in conflict," saying that many Jewish groups in some European countries are considering emigration.

He also criticized Kerry for the Islamist movement Boko Haram in Nigeria, which does not come on the report mentioned, noting that it "had killed more than a thousand people over the past year alone."

"We do not tell others what they should proudly that believe in him, do not tell others how they should live their daily lives. What we call him the value of tolerance is global."

"The religious freedom was at the heart of what we are as Americans," but this "freedom inherent in the human (...) are not innovative American (but) a universal value."
